Ship Shield is a package protection we offer here at Malicious Women Candle Co. If your package is lost or says it was delivered and it is nowhere to be found after three business days, we can assure you that MWC will replace your lost, stolen or damaged package if you have opted in.

To file a claim, simply fill out our easy, one-page claim form by clicking the link in the confirmation email you received after you placed your order on Maliciouswomenco.com. Our team will review and reach out to you within 1-2 business days of submitting your lost package claim.

Malicious Women Co offers you the option to protect any purchase via our Ship Shield Program, because once your order leaves our facility, Malicious Women Co is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
